FEL – CALL FOR NOMINATIONS

The training and further education of young energy experts and their networking represent an essential factor for the continued existence of companies and institutions in the energy sector. In particular, junior staff can play a decisive role in the development and adaptation of new technologies and working methods. The WEC has also recognised this and launched the Young Energy Professionals (YEP) programme.

The Future Energy Leaders (FEL) – a community of outstanding young professionals working together to shape the global energy future – are selected from YEP program participants.
